Richard Vann is an executive leader and consultant with extensive global experience in building high-growth brands, world-class teams, and enterprise value.
He has broad and deep experience in sales, marketing, product innovation, digital and offline promotions, brand management, data analytics, consumer insights, and leadership.

Susan Vann is a strategic business executive with extensive international experience in transforming corporate cultures, maximizing employee engagement, building strong people and talent programs, and increasing overall business performance. She has deep experience in overseeing all aspects of Operational strategy and Human Resources management.
Susan offers extensive, practical experience dealing with business owners, senior leaders and Boards of Directors, and has been the center of managing relationships with numerous external and internal stakeholders.
Susan’s professional qualifications include: Chartered Director Designation (C. Dir.), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), Operations Management Certificate (University of Western Ontario), and Professional Engineer (non-practicing).
